A limited-edition single malt from Highland Park, Triskelion is a combination of casks that were hand-selected by three legendary Highland Park whisky-makers – Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay. This combination of casks included sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, sherry-seasoned American oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads has created a full-bodied and complex whisky with notes of Seville orange, raisins, sultanas, apricots, heather honey and aromatic peat smoke throughout the palate.
