Distillery Information
Swiss independent bottling brand Chapter 7 was created in 2014 by Selim Evin, who was inspired by his Scottish grandfather’s passion for whisky. The brand started its journey bottling lesser known single malt Scotch whiskies, though has now branched out and included Irish whiskeys and grain whiskies from Scotland.
