Great White Vietnam Quang Nam 2021 Compagnie des Indes | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Ultra expressive, developing aromas of truffle, humus, fresh cane, sandalwood and incense.

Palate: At first very iodized which is quite confusing but interesting, Williams pear, a slight woody side, white tea and praline.

Finish: Woody and balanced.

“The Great Whites Overproof is a unique and fruity rum produced in Ghana at the Mid West Ghana Distillery and selected and bottled by Compagnie des Indes. Distilled in 2020 from sugar cane juice and unaged, it has an ABV of 50%. With only 1000 bottles available, this limited release is definitely one to try.”
