This Blanco Tequila was produced from blue agave harvested exclusively from one farm. Hence the name. The organically-grown piñas are harvested, roasted and double distilled all on the estate. Seeing as it’s a blanco expression there’s no ageing to be seen here, so all the fresh, grassy agave notes are there in abundance.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
