The second edition of Evolution, the follow up to Revival. A limited release showcasing their spirit’s interaction with ex-Tennessee whiskey casks, this was matured in barrels that used to contain George Dickel.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely smoky with exceptionally balanced in flavour.
Finish: Long and warming.
Distillery Information
The Glenglassaugh distillery is a malt scotch whisky distillery which restarted production in November 2008 after being acquired by an independent investment group. Following a complete refurbishment by the new owners the distillery was re-opened on 24 November 2008 by the First Minister for Scotland Alex Salmond.
