Nose: Hints of mocha, fig syrup and toasted hazelnuts, with honeycomb, dried red berries and a touch of molasses tart.

Palate: Baking spices, brandied cherries and toffee sauce, followed by Black Forest gâteau, mocha and grilled honeycomb. 

Finish: Molasses and damson plum finish.
