Found North High Altitude Collection Hover Hawk Cask Strength Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose is like fresh dew catching the morning sun after a midnight shower, each drop a prism refracting flavor across an open field of fragrant fruit notes, flashing a full spectrum of green apple, golden raisins, peach jam and sweet lemon pie.

Palate: Secondary notes of toasted caramel dance on the wind, wafting whiffs of burnt brown sugar and maple candy.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

Distillery Information

Found North was founded by Nick and Zach Taylor and launched their first batch of Canadian whisky in 2021. The Massachusetts-based organization’s philosophy is centered around creating blends of well-aged component whiskies (corn, rye, etc.) and utilizing finishing barrels to create unique flavor profiles.
