An elegantly floral gin that comes to us all the way from Manchester, created using a recipe of 13 botanicals. While many remain secret, the producers have revealed three of them – elderflower, lavender and rose (juniper is obviously one of the remaining 10, because gin). It’s produced in batches of up to 85 bottles on the eponymous Fenney Street.
