Distillery Information
Founded in March 2020 by Ellis McKeown and Liam Stemson, Lancashire’s Fairham distillery started out in an unused converted outhouse where the pair developed recipes on a three-litre copper pot still. After 12 months of development, the first gin was launched in April 2021, and now the distillery offers a range of characterful gins, from a classic London dry to fruit forward flavoured expressions, all made with natural ingredients, without added sugar or flavourings.
