The folks at 1423 looks to Central America’s smallest country for this bottling, distilled in El Salvador in 2008! The molasses rum rested in a single cask until 2020, when it was bottled for the Single Barrel Selection. Rather excitingly, this is the first release in the series from El Salvador, with 318 bottles released at 55% ABV.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
