Nose: Spicy with a hint of caramel fudge.

Palate:Bold, round palate, medium to full bodied with a rich roasted agave; sweet tropical fruit, vanilla and brown spices.

Finish: Long spicy finish.

Distillery Information

The first came from two traditional icons of Mexico: the rooster, a symbol of national pride, and the revolutionary Mexican artist Jos Guadalupe Posada.
