Nose: Apple, pancakes and redcurrants that fill the nose.
Palate: Tarte tatin, ginger, Breton cake, cinnamon, almond and exotic fruit throughout the palate.
Finish: Long, warming finish.
Distillery Information
As the Second World War came to an end, Georges Bénitah and his brothers discovered whisky in Casablanca, where many American bases were located. Returning to Paris in the mid-1950s, they immediately decided they wanted to share this little-known product in France and it quickly became a passion.
