Distilled in January 2018, it’s a rather exciting release from the Thompson Bros. home at the Dornoch Distillery! This single malt, distilled from organic plumage archer barley, spent four years resting in a single ex-bourbon cask, which yielded an outturn of 178 bottles when it was opened in 2022.
