It’s the 2009 vintage of the wonderful Signature Release Single Barrel rum from the Don Q range, hailing from the Serrallés Distillery in Puerto Rico! This one called charred American oak barrels home for its maturation, so there are some lovely toasty notes among the citrus and spice – an ideal candidate for a Rum Old Fashioned.
