Don Benito tequilas pride themselves on 3 generations of tequila-making experience and using only Blue Weber agave that is at least 10 years old before harvesting from the Jalisco Highlands. This, they believe, makes the base for the best-tasting tequilas. The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens prior to fermentation and distillation.
