Battersea’s Doghouse distillery took inspiration from classic American corn whiskey when making Debt Collector. Made from a mash bill of corn, barley, and rye, it’s fermented with a Kentucky bourbon yeast and matured for three years in American oak before bottling at a satisfying 50% ABV.

Doghouse Distillery opened in Battersea, London, in late 2016. It stands out as a unique, full distillery in a historic area. Doghouse has a micro-brewery, large distilling columns, and a big copper pot still. They make their spirits from scratch, showing their commitment to authenticity. Their range includes Renegade Gin, Baller Vodka, and more. They are also working on a whisky. The name “Doghouse” means more than just a brand. It reflects a spirit of passion, innovation, and a bit of rebellion. It’s about the fun times that might have ended up with someone being ‘in the Doghouse’. Quality and uniqueness are key at Doghouse. They control the whole distilling process. The grains come mainly from Norfolk. They mill them on-site, brew them into beer, and then start fermentation. The process varies for each spirit, combining science and art to create something special. Music is important to Doghouse. Their drinks are best enjoyed with music. Each spirit matches a music genre.
