At least 51% corn, rye, wheat, and barley, aged at least 3 years, bottled at 100 Proof/50% ABV. Very light amber or old gold. A very light and thin coating appears on the glass. Legs develop slow then quickly fall to the bottom of the glass.

Nose: Rich notes of deep caramel and sea salt dance with hints of fresh vanilla bean on the nose.
Palate: Taste buds are treated with flavors of dried dates, raisins and plums with a hint of milk chocolate.
Finish: The finish is slightly dry with characters of a nice Oaked Chardonnay.
