Dartigalongue Un-Oaked Bas Armagnac is an eau-de-vie distilled from specially selected grapes grown in the Armagnac region of Southwest France. It is a single variety Armagnac made from Folle Blanche grapes, which are known for their light floral and fresh fruit aromas. The distillation process is done in small batches, and the resulting liquid is aged for at least two years in Limousin oak barrels. The result is a smooth and mellow spirit with notes of dried fruits, toasted nuts, vanilla, and a hint of spice. It is a versatile spirit that can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a base in cocktails.
