To create this whisky, Dark Valley sourced ‘new make’ from the Lark Distillery that was distilled in November 2015 and matured the spirit in a 20L bourbon cask for 750 days at their custom build facility in Malbina, Tasmania. Once the whisky was deemed ready, it was then bottled at a cask strength of 62.5% alc yielding 30 bottles.

Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose.
