A wonderful Bianco vermouth from Cucielo, made wholly with Italian botanicals. It’s named after the Italian word for cuckoo, while the classic Art Deco label design is a homage to the golden era of Italian vermouth during the 1930s. A brilliant sipping vermouth, though this will be a star in any cocktails which call for it.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
