This intriguing expression from the North Point Distillery all the way up on the north coast of Scotland features a base spirit made from sugar cane (which makes sense, considering the distillery also produces some excellent rum!). Its botanicals include juniper, Scots pine (taken from a family Christmas tree planted in the garden back in 1993), Icelandic moss (grown in the Highlands, not Iceland), and more. Deliciously coastal, with hints of citrus rounding it out.

Crosskirk Bay Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: Crisp juniper and anise, orange oil, subtly vegetal, with a hint of sea salt lasting on the finish.

Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
