Something a little different here from the Coyaba Rum folks down in Cornwall. For this expression, they’ve eschewed the fruit notes in favour of lip-smacking salted caramel! Enjoyably sweet but not cloying, with a touch of salinity bringing balance to the flavour profile, this should be excellent sipped over ice on a warm evening.
