A clever expression from the Cotswolds Distillery. Produced using 10 times the botanical concentration as its marvellous gin, you can use less of it that you would for a G&T, but it’ll still pack loads of flavour. The producers recommend using 5ml (which is 5 pipettes) with 200ml of tonic water for your G&Ts, and to garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a bay leaf.
