Their Absinthe Alembic Blanche is double distilled from Muscat brandy in American copper pot stills, made by Vendome Copper & Brassworks in Butchertown, Kentucky. A small batch absinthe, it’s not chill filtered with no flavors, colors or sugar added. The classic absinthe botanicals, including artemisia absinthium, anis, and fennel are distilled by hand and result in an herbaceous and subtle nose with pastoral aromas as well as a harmonious palate with layers of signature grande wormwood, sweet fennel and licorice flavors. Nose: Clear color instead of the signature green. An herbaceous nose with intense candied licorice aromas.

Palate: The palate is harmoniously layered with fruit flavors, apples, and golden raisins complemented by grande wormwood, sweet fennel and licorice flavors.
