Description
This is an unusual wine based Vermouth Amaro made by following Giulio Cocchi’s century old recipe and enriched with rhubarb, chiretta flowers and a double infusion of quinine. Called Dopo Teatro because of the tradition in Turin to drink it chilled and garnished with a lemon peel, after a visit to the theatre.
