Cinnabar Spiced Rum is made with the Portsmouth Distillery’s very own rum, with a selection of spices added in the second distillation. Following that, it’s sweetened with Costa Rican sugar syrup and a touch of vanilla. The name comes from the Cinnabar moth, which enjoy flying around Fort Cumberland.
