Fresher and more agile on the nose but still packed with aroma. Buttery-caramelized molasses froth on fried banana, vanilla oil, apple skins, almond, cardamom, and sweet oak. On the palate sweet caramelized fruit, vanilla, honey and allspice surge forth with a rich underbelly of tropical fruits and molasses and a kiss of mint. The finish is long and chewy with clove and peppercorn leading before long-lasting molasses, fried banana, and red apple linger.
