Château de Léberon 1989 | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Complex aromas and flavors, with notes of fruit, earth.
Palate: As dark as a can of coke, and supremely rich, the nose is heavy leather, perfume, oak, and then just layers of figs and nuts and spices, sweets and berries, caramel and licorice.
Finish:It has a long and complex finish that includes a range of flavors and sensations.
Distillery Information
Château de Léberon is a fourth-generation distillery, housed in a medieval fortress constructed in the 13th century. In 1939 Osmin Rozès bought the property and restored and transformed it into the family home, planting vines and resuming distillation campaigns.
