This batch is made with pears harvested from just two local family farms, with some of the trees up to 300 years old and ten meters tall! Slowly fermented with wild yeast, this is a wonderous bit of distilling, expressing the true character of the distillery’s surrounding countryside.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
