Nose: Coastal breeze and lemon sponge cake, sweet peaty vanilla.
Palate: Pepper and seeded bread crusts, lemon curd, herbal, vegetal peat smoke, and oatcakes with salty butter.
Finish: Oily with bold smoke, subtle sweetness, and peppery spice.
