Description

This syrup combines fresh ruby red grapefruit and the sweetness of crème brûlée. They start by torching plump ruby red grapefruits with organic blonde sugar until it’s slightly burnt and caramelized. Then, they mix them with ruby red grapefruit juice, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, turbinado sugar, and a house-made spiced rum-vanilla extract. The result is a unique shrub with a playful custard-like flavor. Each 16oz bottle can make 16-20 sodas or up to 32 cocktails. These products are handmade in small batches using apple cider vinegar and turbinado sugar for the best quality and flavor.
