Blair Athol 7 Year Old 2013 (cask 311432C)- The Single Cask Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Flaky pastry with a mineral edge, swiftly followed by sweet ginger notes and a hint of mango.
Palate: Zesty citrus and a hint of chocolate, before flapjack and honey notes take shape. A good kick of dry barley spiciness underneath.
Finish: The mineral hints from the nose return, with a smidge of summer berry tart.
