Single malt from Blair Athol, distilled in 2008 and eventually drawn from Oloroso sherry hogsheads in 2021. After a rest of 13 years, the casks were opened and the glorious whisky was independently bottled up by Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited range, with a total of 1,062 bottles released.

Nose: In addition to light fruits of sweet apricot and apple, there is also a sour note of fresh strawberry. Also trace floral aromas, along with honey and caramel after enough time to breathe.

Palate: Sweet and sour in taste. The wort is there, but it also disappears again quite quickly.

Finish: Dry, with trace notes of spice and fruit.
