This single malt from London’s Bimber distillery was originally released exclusively in Poland. Part of the Shoulders of Giants collection, this edition matured in a single oloroso sherry cask, yielding 285 bottles, and it celebrates the legacy of Polish painter, writer, and philosopher Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery, located in London, specialises in traditional methods and high-quality spirits. It opened in 2015 and is known for its artisanal spirits, especially whisky. Dariusz Plazewski, a Polish man with a moonshining family background, founded Bimber Distillery. “Bimber” means ‘moonshine’ in Polish. Plazewski wanted to mix Polish distilling traditions with London’s craft drink scene.
