BH1 Gin : A tasty and somewhat savoury British gin, BN1 is crafted using a combination of 13 botanicals, including juniper, orange, pink grapefruit, angelica, coriander, clove, cinnamon, star anise, almond, nigella seed, green cardamom and chamomile. It was created by bartenders Przemek Seczkowski and Lewis Spendlove, with the name coming from where the recipe took shape – Bournemouth.
