Distillery Information
The group, which owns the Woodinville Whiskey Co business in Washington state, has launched SirDavis worldwide this week. Comprising a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, the no-age-statemented expression, which has an ABV of 44%, is finished (in ex-sherry casks for an unspecified period), blended and bottled in the singer’s home state of Texas.
