Description
The Rosè 61 Berlucchi wine is produced with 60% of Pinot Nero grapes and 40% of Chardonnay. All the grapes come from different places in the Franciacorta area and they are property or under the control of the Berlucchi specialists. The alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks starts with the maceration for one night of the Pinot Nero with the rose peels to give color and scents to the variety.
