A rye whiskey barrel held out from the famous Barrell blends due it’s distinictive and excellent characteristics. This is a 7-year-old Indiana distilled and aged product and while we don’t know the exact mashbill, it’s close to 95% rye. With that much rye, you better believe this packs a rye punch on the first sip. That bite immediately subsides into a beautifully complex palate and pleasant finish.

Nose: It has a complex nose with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and spice.
Palate: The palate is warm and rich with flavors of oak, cinnamon, and black pepper.
