Nose: Apple cider character along with hints of caramelized apples or orange peels.

Palate: Well-rounded and clear with notes of caramel-apple.

Finish: Warming with hints of oak and spiced pepper that give the impression of whiskey or bourbon.

Barking Irons Spirits was co-founded by Elliott Phear and Casey McGrath who were interested in bringing the original American spirit, Applejack, back to life. The brand pays homage to the rich heritage of old New York through the map of Five Points on the interior of their bottle to the traditional firefighter’s shield shape of the front label and every bottle is filled with only the finest NY apples.
