Producer Information
The quality ofCrémantsis above all the result of the patient work of ourwinegrowersthroughout the year in their vines. The harvest is therefore a key moment. Harvested manually, the grapes are selected (sorted) from the vineyard. The transport is then ensured with care in openwork boxes, which identify the associated winegrower. It is thus beautiful whole grapes that knock on the doors of the presses. Upon receipt, each crate is weighed and the quality of the grapes is assessed. It is on the basis of this information that the crates are emptied into the hoppers which transport the grapes, still intact, to the selected press.
