Aguardiente is a sugar cane spirit made in a similar fashion to rum but is typically a lot lighter in flavour. Water white with aromas of anise, dried herbs and subtle nutty notes; the palate is light with flavours of black liquorice, peppercorn, and vanilla followed by a long and warming finish.
