This Speyside single malt was distilled at Aberlour in May 1996, allowed to rest in a refill hogshead for a while – 21 years to be exact – before being bottled by Hunter Laing in April 2017 for the Old Malt Cask series. An outturn of only 243 bottles at 50% ABV.

Bottled in April 2017 at a strength of 50% abv without chill filtration or artificial colouring, only 243 have been produced.

Nose: Peaches, custard and milk chocolate.

Palate: Creamy with apricots and icing sugar.

Finish: Long, dry and sweet with a fruity aftertaste.
