Nose: Oaken vanilla and chewy caramel are joined by juicy notes of peach and apricot, and a touch of woody anise.
Palate: Slick layers of butterscotch, sticky toffee pudding, and vanilla cream, with buttery shortbread and toasted oak in tow.
Finish: Delicate oak and vanilla fudge, with a touch of pepper nestling comfortably beneath.
Distillery Information
The Aberfeldy Distillery was founded by the Dewar’s family in 1896. They ran the company under the names John Dewar & Sons, Ltd. and began Whisky production two years later.
