On the palate it is charming, elegant, creamy and delicate in texture and yet characterized by liveliness, with a very interesting play on bitterness. It is a fresh wine and therefore a perfect, uncomplicated and stimulating companion for the start of a meal!

We love our vines, our work and our wines. Our wine shows how we approach our vineyards, vines and our cultural heritage and give them life. Our work is to observe, understand, accompany and support nature and the vines. We rely on biodynamic preparations and are aware of the unpredictability of meteorological conditions that set the pace for us. The native Zurich vine Räuschling feels just as at home with us as the Pinot Noir and Malbec. Our newly renovated event room can also be rented! There is room for 36 people sitting and of course the large sunny terrace is also part of it. Whether it’s a barbecue party, birthday or wedding aperitif – you can celebrate with us! Catering of your choice.
