On the palate, the wine offers juiciness and bright fruity flavors It expresses notes of fresh lemon, citrus jam, lime, crushed green apple, green pear, as well as subtle herbaceous notes (peppermint in the background), floral notes (acacia, apple blossom) and mineral (a touch of chalk). Lots of fruit and flavors on the palate, nice acidity. A pleasant and fragrant wine, which offers fluidity (in a good way), juiciness and freshness.
Producer Information
The Laurent and Céline Notton estate is a 17 ha family estate located in the heart of the Chablis vineyard. We cultivate in the town of Chichée and Courgis: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Crus Vaucoupin, Vaugiraut and Beauregards; as well as Bourgogne Chitry Pinot noir in the commune of Chitry in the Auxerre region. The estate has been certified “High Environmental Value” level 3 since 2019.
