Producer Information
The Paladin winery was founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin. The company is run by the family and includes more than 100 hectares of vineyards. As early as in 1975, the Malbech was successful in one of the first national wine competitions. This Paladin ferments after a 10-15 day maceration in steel tanks. It is then aged for 12 months in barriques and a further 6 months in wooden barrels. It receives its finish in a 6-month bottle aging. Awards: – 2 glasses in Gambero Rossoone month of bottle aging.
