Nose: Light smoke, sea breeze, crisp green apple, malted barley, and gentle peat.
Palate: Soft peat smoke, baked pear, vanilla, herbal notes, and subtle oak sweetness.
Finish: Medium-length, smoky but clean, with lingering peat, malt, and oak.
Distillery Information
Mars Komagatake Distillery is known for its creative and playful “Lucky Cat” series. The Hana & Choco edition is inspired by the personalities of two sister cats: Hana’s gentle warmth is reflected in wine‑cask maturity, while Choco’s energetic side comes through via Spanish oak influence.
