Very light pink, like the sun’s reflection on water. Amazing aromatics that are very inviting. Dominant orchard fruits like peaches, peach ring candies and a sweet fruit salad. A very beautiful, floral and intense nose that jumps out from the glass. The freshness, the fruitiness of this wine hits you at the front of your tongue. Freshly picked and chopped fruit, very ripe peach and strawberry flavors. A great texture, almost silkiness to the wine.

• Raymond Chan: Bright, pale salmon, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full, packed with aromas of blossoms melded with raspberry, cranberry and citrus zest. Medium-light bodied, aromas of raspberry and cranberry entwined with orange zest and orange blossom, a hint of white spice lingers on the finish. The fruit shows good intensity; mouth-watering acidity is balanced by a subtle hint of sweetness and lends a crisp finish. Powdery phenolics added texture to a smooth-flowing palate. This is an elegant Rosé with vibrant red fruit, orange zest and blossom on a crisp palate. Serve as an aperitif or match with cured salmon over the next 3 years. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Merlot, fermented to 12.5% alc.

• Wine Enthusiast: The glass opener in the “puckered” bottle sets the stage for the love affair with rosé. Aromas of honey dew and roses, raspberries and wet stone are distinct and appealing, while they are also mirrored on the sleek palate. It finishes with a minerally taste of Mandarin orange and chervil.
