Producer Information

The goal of Annatina Pelizzatti, who has been running a family business in Jenins with great commitment since 1997, is to produce independent, characterful wines. She was involved in the vines as a child, and today she puts a lot of passion into cultivating 4 hectares of wine. Pinot noir and Pinot blanc are the main varieties, alongside Chardonnay, Completer and Merlot. The vineyards are cultivated according to ecological guidelines. Handcrafting is a common practice; viticulture has been a source of life for many generations and has been passed on. All red wines mature in wooden barrels, the classic Pinot noir Classic Jenins for 10 months in a large 1600 l wooden barrel, the denser variant Pinot noir Sélection Barrique Jenins in a small French fûte.
