Producer Information
Our company began in Cirò in 1880 with great-grandfather Peppe, having a strong passion for the cultivation of vines and a great spirit of sacrifice, with simple agricultural tools, he worked the land and transported the harvest with horses and donkeys. Our father Peppe, born in 1931, already at the age of 9 alongside his grandfather in the cultivation of the vineyard, inherited from him the experience and technique of vinedresser, soon becoming a grafter and vine grower (there are hundreds of hectares of vines grafted by him with success during his youth) as well as a qualified producer of genuine red wine, made from his own “gaglioppo” grape typical of the area.
